Post Submission Steps for Algorand (ALGO) Game Changing Hackathon
Participants in Algorand’s (ALGO) Global Hackathon: Change the Game reached a significant milestone by submitting their projects. As excitement builds, many developers and entrepreneurs are eager to understand the next steps in the post-delivery phase.
June 3: registration opens
The presentation phase officially opens on June 3rd. Participants will be able to present their projects through the appropriate link provided by the Algorand Foundation.
June 12: Submission deadline
June 12 marks the registration deadline for all participating teams. This achievement represents the culmination of countless hours of hard work and dedication. Participants can take a moment to celebrate this achievement as they prepare for the next stage of the competition.
13–18 June: first round of judging
The first round of evaluation will take place from 13 to 18 June. Judges will meticulously evaluate each entry based on its innovation, practicality and potential impact. Five teams from each track will advance to the final stage. On June 16, participants will be notified via email of their progress.
June 17 or 18: final evaluation session
The final judging session is scheduled for June 17 or 18. Teams that make it to this round will have five minutes to present their projects to the judges. This is a vital opportunity for teams to showcase their work and demonstrate why they deserve to be in the top three.
June 19: winners announced
On June 19, the winners of the hackathon will be announced through the marketing channels of the Algorand Foundation. Participants and followers can stay updated by following Algorand on X (formerly Twitter) and joining the Algorand Discord community. Winning the hackathon can significantly increase a project’s visibility and credibility within the blockchain community.
June 27: Grand Master Demonstration Day
The final event, Grandmaster Demo Day, will take place on June 27th. The finalist teams will present their projects live on stage at Decipher 2024. This grand finale offers the chance to win the prestigious Grandmaster award, further cementing the success of their project. Good luck to all participants!
Participating in the Algorand Global Hackathon is an achievement in itself. Regardless of the outcome, it provides valuable experience and exposure to the vibrant blockchain community.
